What is the Adventure Summit?
The Adventure Summit is the first of it's kind event that brings all aspects of the outdoors together and is all inclusive. No matter your activity, vehicle of choice, or skill level, everyone is invited to come and enjoy a beautiful weekend in Uwharrie. The other thing that sets this event apart is the fact that every activity and competition, you acquire raffle tickets and you choose which prize bucket you want to put them in, from a set of BFG Tires, to coolers, to camping equipment, everyone has a chance to win.
When is the Adventure Summit?
October 2nd to 4th, 2020. Vendors can check in and set up on vendor row on October 1st. The gates open at 12 pm on Friday, the 2nd and close at 4 pm on Sunday, the 4th.
Where is Adventure Summit?
The Adventure Summit will take place across from the Eldaroda Out Post in Troy, NC - 4021 NC HWY 109 N, Troy, NC 27371. Some events will be held on private off road training land and down at Badin Lake.

Do I need a Entry Wristband?
Each adult must have an entry wristband for the event. The wristbands are color coded per day. Please pay close attention when buying a ticket to how many wristbands are included. Extra wristbands can be purchased online or at the gate.
All tickets are per person. If you buy a camping pass and are bringing a companion, please also purchase a companion pass for the weekend so your travel partner will have the required wristband to enter the event each day.
There will be ongoing raffle. Some raffle tickets come with your ticker. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased for $5 each. To enter the raffle, place your ticket in the bucket for the prize you would like to win. The raffle will happen Saturday night. Grand Prize is a set of 5 BFG tires up to 37 inches tall.
What ages are invited?
All ages are invited and encouraged to attend and participate. Children 14 years old and younger are free of charge.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Dogs are allowed and should be on a leash at all times.
How are camping spots handled?
Camping spots are available with ticket purchase. Camping spots are first come, first serve. If you want to be with similar vehicles, plan to all arrive together and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please be respectful of your fellow campers. Lights out at 10:30 pm each night. (You can stay up, just keep it down - ;<) )
Are food and drink available?
Yes. There will be food trucks and beverage trucks through out the area. We encourage everyone to support these vendors. Also, the Eldorado Outpost has food.
Do I need a modified off road vehicle to attend?
Absolutely not. All vehicles are welcome. There are many events and competitions that do not require a vehicle at all.
How do I sign up for classes?
Registration for classes will be on first come first serve basis and will be available on the website and on the day of the event if space allows.
A full refund is available up to 4 weeks prior to the event. Within the 4 week window, a credit will be issued for our next event or can be used for merchandise of equal or lesser value. No refunds for weather.
Any secret events I need to know about?
The only one that is planned (so not a secret) just not advertised is the top 5 vehicles that attend the event, from rally cars, to campers, to motorcycles, to modified vehicles. There are great prizes for winning.
Vehicle Requirements for Trail rides
The vehicle must be street legal, registered, insured, max tire size of 39 inches, recovery points, working emergency brake, and a full size spare. Additional recommended items - AT/MT tires, rock sliders, skid plates, differential locks, lift kit, and recovery kit.
Trail passes can be purchased at the Eldorado Outpost. Each vehicle going on trail will require one each day of the event.
